Nina Wilson | General Assignment Editor

Nina Wilson is a sophomore journalism major with a minor in anti-Black racism. She started as a staff member for the Black Explosion and was recently elected as general assignments editor. She’s still exploring beats whether it’s covering Black student organizations at UMD, protests and political events or criminal justice. Whatever beat she chooses, she wants minority communities to be the focus of her writing!
