Theodore Rose | Photo Editor

Theodore Rose has been The Black Explosion's Photo Editor from Fall 2024 to Spring 2025. Theodore managed the current roster of photo staff, edited photos used for stories and filed photo essays and supported staff writers. Currently, Theodore is a sophomore Journalism and Information Science Double Major at the University of Maryland concentrating on data journalism. He has worked with The Black Explosion since his first semester, first as a data journalist then contributing as a member of the then small photo staff the next semester. He has worked as a data journalist at The Diamondback, another independent campus newspaper, since Fall 2024.
