Theodore Rose | Photo Editor

Theodore Rose has been The Black Explosion's Photo Editor since Fall 2024. Theodore manages the current roster of photo staff, edits photos used for stories and continues to file photo essays and support staff writers. Currently, Theodore is a sophomore Journalism and Information Science Double Major at the University of Maryland concentrating on data journalism. He has worked with The Black Explosion since his first semester, first as a data journalist then contributing as a member of the then small photo staff the next semester. He has worked as a data journalist at The Diamondback, another independent campus newspaper, since Fall 2024.
